The ICCT published an update of their ‚Electric vehicle capitals‘ report. They analyse 25 metropolitan regions in which more than 20,000 EVs had been sold by 2017. Shanghai, Beijing and Los Angeles lead, while in Europe, only Oslo made it on to the Top 10 list.
