CALSTART has taken inventory of zero-emission buses and found the fleet has grown to 3,533 buses nationally, an increase of 27% since the 2020 count. The organisation notes that most e-bus fleets are small, ten or fewer, and expects coming funding to be instrumental in scaling fleets.
