Ebusco batteries to be used in Oechies hydrogen ship

Ebusco has signed a framework agreement to supply Oechies Elektrotechniek with battery packs for inland navigation for one year. The contract initially covers the delivery of 36 battery packs with a total capacity of around 1 MWh for the WEVA Antonie 1, the first new build hydrogen-powered inland vessel.

NL: Ebusco receives order over 63 e-buses from QBuzz

In the Netherlands, the electric bus manufacturer Ebusco has received an order for up to 63 e-buses from the public transport operator Qbuzz. The deal comprises the latest Ebusco 3.0 model. The buses will be used in the provinces of Groningen and Drenthe from 2024.

Ebusco has presented an articulated version of the Ebusco 3.0

Ebusco presents an 18-metre articulated bus version of its Ebusco 3.0 electric model. Just like the 12-metre variant already available, the long Ebusco 3.0 is also supposed to score with a particularly low weight. The manufacturer claims to have already received several orders for the articulated bus.

EBS orders 31 Ebusco e-buses for the Netherlands

In the Netherlands, the Dutch public transport company EBS has ordered 31 Ebusco electric buses. This is the first order for the Ebusco 3.0 with a length of 13.5 metres and the first order that EBS has placed with Ebusco.

Connect Bus orders 47 Ebusco e-buses for Sweden

Dutch electric bus manufacturer Ebusco has been contracted by Connect Bus to supply 47 electric buses for use in Sweden. The buses are to be delivered at the end of 2023 and operated by the public transport service Länstrafiken Kronoberg in Växjö, Sweden.

The Dutch electric bus manufacturer Ebusco has received another order from the Nordic public transport operator Nobina, this time for Norway. The order is for 76 Ebusco 3.0 electric buses, which will be delivered at the end of 2023 and will be used in the Oslo area.

Ebusco scores first e-bus contract in Spain

Ebusco has received an order from Barcelona, Spain, for 21 electric buses and charging equipment. Àrea Metropolitana de Barcelona (AMB) expects the Ebusco 2.2 vehicles to take up service in Q2/2023. This is the Dutch manufacturer’s first entry into the Southern European market.

Nobina orders another 19 Ebusco electric buses

Nordic public transport group Nobina has ordered more electric buses from Ebusco. The 19 Ebusco 3.0 12-metre electric buses on order are to be used by the Danish transport company Midtrafik in and around Horsens. Delivery is scheduled for mid-2023.

In the Netherlands Qbuzz orders 160 electric buses

Qbuzz, the public transport operator in the Dutch provinces of Groningen and Drente, have ordered no less than 160 electric buses. 60 should come from Ebusco, 45 from VDL and 55 from Heuliez. The buses should be in service from mid-December.

40 electric buses headed for Munich

Munich’s utility Stadtwerke München (SWM) announced to procure 40 electric buses for the city’s transit operator MVG. An order has been placed with Ebusco, a Dutch company specialising in electric buses and the first six are to arrive next year.
